Working in Circles ~ is an ancient way of gathering, where each participant has the opportunity to both share and listen, or simply learn through being present and mindful, resonating with the group process.
Participants are guided through various processes to develop strategies for deeper relaxation, balancing thoughts and feelings, and being more aware, present and pro-active in creating a safe and respectful work environment.
